You have a problem, with your cable bill or some new gadget you just bought. You want that problem solved. After all, you are the customer and the customer is always right. Right? Think again. Because somewhere, in some corner of a vast floor of call center agents, sits a representative filled with bad days (and most likely, bad training) and he cannot wait to take it out on you. The result is a customer service horror story you can file under “close to destroying expensive smartphone.”
