8 Compelling Reasons to Work Out at Home — Medium


It is so much easier to just let go, isn’t it? To not move a muscle and simply surrender to the comfort of a couch every weekend, for hours on end. To eat whatever’s greasy and fried and doughy. To always take the elevator even when you’re only going up a flight or two. When you don’t make an effort to work out any more, you will feel “free” and generally, happy.
